I have seen the phrase "It's the Internet, who cares?" far too many times recently.

Who cares? Educated people care. The Internet wasn't created for human beings to decrease their intelligence. From a very early age I learned about homophones and how to use them properly. Everyone should have. So why do so many people neglect this key part of education?
