BANG 2008 phase Alpha- February 10th

The Boston Awesome Nerdfighter Gathering (BANG) has completed mitosis. There will now be an alpha gathering, Sunday, February 10, for all those eager beavers (like me) where a secret project may or may not take place. Beta gathering will go on as planned by Mizu on March 30th, where lots of adventures will occur that need planning. Also, the weather will be warmer, so it will be much nicer to do more walking and happy dancing in front of Boston landmarks.

The plan for BANG February 10th will be to meet in the Prudential Center Food Court at NOON. Look for my super sweet Nerdfighter sign (which I have yet to make) and lunch may be had and we can discuss the agenda for the day.

You are welcome to comment here, but please ning message me your official RSVP so I can get an accurate idea of how big this thing will be, it might make a difference. As this plan develops, stay tuned for updates. Either way, it will definitely be awesome. DFTBA!

As for boston happy dancing, i fear it will be quite snowy so travel may be limited, but there will definitely be happy dancing! We can all decide once we get there. Hooray!

Comment by Meg Brophy on February 8, 2008 at 7:31pm: i vote for hitting all the major boston sights for our own personal happy dance project. i dont have a camera but i have fancy editing capabilities so i can buy a tape, edit it, and put it online for all to see if someone has a minidv camera they can bring along.

Someone should make one in Cambridge, I would for sure go to if it was in Harvard square
