He tells me he goes: Charlotte i have to say something... The boys going on retreat aren't even cute...also, only girls hang around him because he doesn't hit on any of us and the guys are scared to go near him

Well...do you mean you're looking for help to get over him? The best way to do that is just to realize that he's not the only thing that can make you happy. It takes time to stop liking someone romantically (you can still like him as a friend or just as someone in your life) but don't dwell on it. If you find yourself thinking about him, just acknowledge the thought and try to think about something else.
But also, what makes you think that he's gay? Did someone else tell you that he is? Do you think he just hasn't come out yet, or he was out but you didn't know it?
