Chat Mod Required, Apply Within!

There comes a time in every Ningmaster's life when we have to blog about something, which I do not do often, but here goes! When I was appointed as a Ningmaster, two Moderators were also appointed to help keep the chat a lovely place. However I think that it is time to bring another chap... or chapette to fill the role of Moderator! So basically that is what I am blogging about, we need another Chat Mod! So if anyone is interested in filling this role then let me know! We have deicded to keep the application the process as before. So all you have to do is write a blog about why you would like to apply for the position, any previous experience (not necessary though) or anything else you feel you want to add! Then in a few days time Sean and I will look through the applications and make a decision!

If you choose to write a blog drop me a quick message either by e-mail, Ning message, PM or even yelling to let me know! I cannot read your application if I do not know you have written it! Here are a few things which you need to consider before applying:

> You will have to have a good level of patience because sometimes trolls are not nice people!

> Spend a reasonable amount of time within the Ning chat. No point in being a Mod if you are not here to do it!

> You must know when to bite your tongue, as you have to be impartial in dealing with any disputes.

If you feel you meet these points then please do apply! I will be looking forward to reading those applications!

Well then, I suppose I am let you know now that I'll be applying for the job as well.

This posting will last until the new Ningmasters and Mods are chosen early next year, but you will undoubtedly have the option of staying on if you were good at it! And Xai, we'll talk!

Well, David, I have a question; how long is the position for Moderator? Is it the same as the other two?
