Nerdfighters

Hello, all.

I am currently finishing a project for one of my classes. I just have the evaluation part to do (okay, and maybe some of the development work still needs to be written up... But it’s mostly just the evaluation). For the evaluation, I need to ask ‘potential clients’ (i.e. people who are within the target user range I specified in earlier project who could possibly buy the product I have made if it was available to buy) for their thoughts/opinions/etc on this product.

Said product is a chair. A desk chair. I made this allbymyselflol. Below are some photos of the finished chair. It would be very useful for me if you could make a quick (or long...) comment.
Just any comment, including good points, bad points, criticisms, improvement ideas, etc… Possibly whether you could consider buying this if it was available commercially, and why/why not.

Thank you.

I like the chair, and I would definitely consider purchasing one if it was available. I would look at what fabrics it came in, and if there were other colors, but even if not, that color is nice and neutral so would be acceptable. My only concern/question would be about the strength of the connection where the pole for the back meets the base. I'm just over 200 pounds, and I have a bad habit of slouching, so I would worry that I might damage it if I leaned against it for too long or too suddenly, but that really comes down to the materials that went into it and their strength. Assuming that back is nice and sturdy, I'd definitely like this chair.

Definitely would be a purchase I would make. Looks very comfortable, ergonomically sound ... and it's a good looking chair! I would like it in a red or blue, but apart from that it looks totally awesome. Would be right at home at my bachelor pad =D

This a very nice chair.. and if it is as comfy as it looks, then, I would probably buy it if it were available commercially.. It looks nice and big and I like the style and shape..

Only criticism I might make is it might need more colours.. but, I don't usually care for something like that in a chair as long as it's comfortable and looks good..

It's obvious that you put a lot of work in it and it turned out fantastic.. Good job!

Cool chair, does it come in orange? :D

One thing, it seems rather short... I can't imagine a chair that short being terribly functional for something like a desk or table...

Okay. Question. Where would you, as an owner of the chair, place it? As in... What part of the house? The only thing I specifically wonder about is the fabric you use. Is that the final result? If not, it makes it look a bit unfinished. That might just be me, though.

Aaaand you know I think you're brilliant, because you are. It is apparent you have worked very hard on this and you should be proud, because it looks lovely. As does the creator. Justsayin'.
