Hello ladies and gentlemen of Nerdfighteria.
So, now that the holidays are well and gone, and life seems to be returning to nor- we'll, as normal as it gets around here I suppose, back to the whole "I'm gonna keep a blog going" idea. A few things have happened since the last time I posted anything.
Christmas happened, which was super awesome. Gifts were exchanged (I am now the proud owner of both a flat screen tv for my room, as well as a Nintendo 3DS. Let's just say I will never be leaving my room again once everything is all organized and such), family visits were plentiful, much food was consumed, and an all around good time was had.
I rang in the new year down by the Falls. We has this whole free concert shindig with Dragonette, Hedley and Nelly Furtado. It was a pretty awesome show, fireworks and all.
I am now 22, which is both exciting and scary in a number of ways. Yay I'm an adult, and holy shit I'm an adult. But more on this in another entry (again, I write this as though people are actually reading or something.....)
I am now single again. While he is a sweetheart and a super nice guy, we seem to be better off as friends. I hope that we are able to stay friends anyways.
And that pretty much brings us to today. I have been undergoing the large task that is down sizing, cleaning and rearranging my room. So many boxes are heading to our local thrift store. Dear gosh I am still in shock in regards to just how much stuff is actually in my room...... However, it is about time I went through things and made some changes. Time to let go of things I no longer need, to make room for the new things yet to come.
Aw who am I kidding? I just want a nice spot on my wall for my tv. Seriously, it is my own little 32 inch LCD piece of heaven. Once that and my blu ray player are hooked up, I'm going to get our Wii in here, and I am never leaving this place again...... Also, since beating the remake of Ocarina of Time for the 3DS, I've gotten back into my old video game interest streak again. How the hell am I going to motivate myself to go to work? Haha.
Anyways, question time. What is a video game from your childhood that will always have a soft spot in your heart? Zelda OoT all the way for me :) anyways, the hamster is going to gnaw her way out of her cage if I don't play
Don't forget to be awesome, and Best Wishes!
~Raine~
