I have an idea and I need your help, Nerdfighteria! (Sorry Hank and John, you cannot read this)

Hi Nerdfighters!

My name is Andris, and I am fairly new here. I have only been watching vlogbrothers videos for 3 months, but have made may way through a decent chunk of their backlog. And as anyone, I find fascinating, that they made THIS possible. By this I, of course, mean Nerdfighteria. And there are several things that are a part of this, like Hank's songs or John's books.

So thinking about all of this, I cam up with an idea. Wouldn't it be fun, if one would make TV style ads for this stuff. The type that sell you hot steam based cleaning devises or that ask you to send your gold for COLD HARD CASH! I want to make these kind of videos. One about vlogbrothers in general, one about John's books and one about Hank's songs. But while I can edit videos, and kind of write, I still need help.

And I want you to help me. In any way you can, from helping to write a script to shooting video bits and recording voice-overs. My plan is to write a basic script, post it online and receive any suggestions to change it. After that is done, I will need people to record different parts form the script (they can choose what to film or record). And then edit it all together to make a commercial. I hope you get what I want to do and, really, there is no goal for it, only for fun. So, people, are you up for it? Do you want to make something like that?

P.S. Could you help me spread this out? I am new here and don't know how this all works.
