I decided I should share a poem with my fellow nerdfighters. I hope you all like it, to those who see it. I love writing poetry and this one goes out to all the nerdfighters:

Always Alone

They play together in their own little tune.

Leaving me behind, way too soon.

They call out to one another.

Leaving me behind, like the others.

A person unknown,

Someone who is always alone.

They won't get my creativity.

And they only want my conformity.

They think I'm nothing,

So I'll become something.

Desiring to be known,

But for now, always alone.

They give me a dirty look.

 Every time I pick up a book.

I hide behind my words,

As they're calling me a nerd.

They look at me with eyes of stone,

Because I am always alone.

They'll pick at my flaws,

But there's so much they never saw.

One day I'll fly far away,

Where they'll be begging me to stay.

I'll look at them with eyes of stone,

As they think about not leaving me alone.

I feel the same way, and I'm glad I'm not alone in that aspect. :)
