As the majority of the Nerdfighting community will already know, TFIOS had its trailer released not so long ago and can be viewed below. I personally cannot wait for this (so far) seemingly amazing adaptation!.

The book is so precious to me, and so I therefore cannot help but also feel terrified that the movie could potentially spoil the already perfect TFIOS that I have in my mind. Saying this, however, this trailer is absolutely wonderful. The details that are reflected in the trailer are so observant and that makes me feel a little relieved. I've watched the trailer over 10 times now, and it honestly has made me cry every time. Especially because John has had such an involvement in the construction of the movie, I have good faith that it will be a spectacular movie. I cannot wait.

I'm trying to be open to the idea of a movie, usually I always think it will ruin my opinion of the book. It's hard for me to forgive actors when they don't say certain parts the way I imagined it would be, but I'm really happy with the casting. I really can't wait for it to be in cinema, I'll be ready with a box of popcorn and a box of tissues.

I think it looks great yet I can't help but feel terrified. I'm terrified that this genuine story I very much admire could be ruined because what I see on screen might not match what I imagined up here, in my head. I'm sure it's just the protective instincts of a massive fangirl but still... John thinks it's true to the book so it should'nt be a problem. Waiting patiently (and nervously) for the release date!
