The Worst Blogger in the World

In my last post I promised to post every weekday... well looks like i couldn't keep that promise, due to a busy day followed with an extremely heavy workout I couldn't find the time to post a new blog yesterday. That won't be the last time i think, but i'll try to keep the missing spots as minimal as possible. 

Actually I should tell you why i couldn't post the blog, yesterday i had an important training, I'm a swimmer of average level. I work out every day so sometime the posts will have to pass for it.
