We should split into three groups: Those that want groups, those that do not, and those that do not care.
I don't remember if this is already in the list, but a more useful question might be "What are you passionate about?" I like the idea of knowing who to ask if I want to build a robot or if I want to put together a group to do Doctors without Borders, etc. Before I actually invite everyone it is nice to reach a bit of a critical mass with specialists :)
Is it being used to split Nerdfighters at all?I kinda like the question. I saw it as asking "What do you bring to the table" but in a nicer, more open-minded way. Other people might see it as an opportunity for a joke. Others again might see it as a reflection on who they are and not necessarily what they can contribute. However, I don't know much about this stuff. I made this account 4 years ago and this is my first post. If it is being used to split Nerdfighters then I'd say trash it. Let people find their own groups naturally, if they want a group at all.
These are all interesting points. My own views are that I do not like it all that much. A Nerdfighter is a Nerdfighter haha
I think it would be better not to have it. I was, actually, quite confused by the questions, so I went with the boring "made of awesome" answer.
I answered, "I don't know," to that question. It was kind of confusing because when I looked for possible answers to the question, I couldn't find any. More of an explanation would have been better.
I don't really see that it's such a big deal, I mean we have groups and stuff, it's not like I refuse to comment on people's blogs if their answer to that question doesn't match mine. But on the other hand, I do see how that would upset some people and I really don't care that much so... yeah.
I am not a fighter I am a champion of freedom and human rights I run a network so I an nerd If you use a computer online your a nerd right?
I'm just a normal nerdfighter who refuses to pigeonholed into a category (with a label)
