Hey, personally I code them by hand but Dreamweaver is the best in terms of software that deals with both HTML and CSS. CSS can be so handy if used correctly. Hope this helps :)
that sounds interesting. And your the lead, that's even better. The musical my school did this year was kinda boring and I was just on props crew. But since they needed "backstage" people for this one scene all the crew members got a curtain call.
