yeah I did not want to start off by showing you my room before we eventually know each other a little better - that's why I wrote sometime. I just wanted to mention it, because it fits to the purple addiction - and psst I didn't plan this, but at the moment I'm in France for some time and I live with my godfathers family and there the guest room also has two purple walls...sounds like prevision.
I found the test actually attached to someone else's profile, I clicked on the link in it to take it myself and next to the result apears a field with a huge combination of characters (some program language) to insert if you want to post it in a blog or something else. I copy pasted it in the first box and it just came our right.
thank you for your nice comment. I really feel welcome now :)
And don't worry about the nerd boat thing, it was a little over the top, but I got the point ;)
In your profile I found a thing that we have in common. We both like purple. I think you would like my room, because it has light purple walls and I painted some of the furniture in a matching color. Maybe I can show you a photo sometime if you are interested.
Purple makes me think of a poem from our English class that I liked a lot. I don't know if you are into poetry, but I am.
Wow. That's a lot :L
The humans go with the Ghosts and get "killed" by them inns way that reflects the Ghost's personality etc. E.g. If there was a water related Ghost, it would drown the human.
Every human you knew forgets you. You are written out of existence even by your family.
Ghouls are evil and plan to start a war which, if they win, would result in the enslavement of humanity. Being a Ghoul is a big no-no.
It's set in modern day.
There'll be romance, comedy, action etc. The romance is, if you remember the three characters, Natalie likes Charlie, but Charlie doesn't like her, and Lewis does like Natalie and gets jealous and fights Charlie... *dun dun duuuun!*
Sorry if I missed a question, I couldn't remember them all :L it's good to know I have a potential reader :L
Nah, not too many :D
They need to survive against Fgouls, who are, if this makes sense, dead Ghosts. Ghosts can only be turned into a Ghoul if they're killed by one.
It's a 3rd person perspective, but it follows a 14 year old called Charlie Justice and then he meets his two friends Natalie Reddick and Lewis Baxter. They each have a Ghost Name which are Justice, Flame and Sabre respectively.
It's set in England but there's a bit in the past at the start that is in Lowell, Indiana back in the 50s and then it jumps forward to the 60s or 70s, I think it's the 60s, in the Vietnam War. I probably won't specify a place in Britain, because then people can say, "Oh that town isn't real" or "London isn't near there".
It's quite confusing but a Nerdfighter should be able to keep up :D
It's about Ghosts, but not the jump out at you kind. I don't want to day it's similar to a certain series because that makes it sound like a rip off, but if I were to, I'd say it's Harry Potter/Percy Jackson kind of thing.
So the kids get turned into Ghosts and are trained to survive.
I've got a full plan, but I'm not going to reveal anymore unless you ask specifics because I don't want to ruin the book that probably won't sell to anyone anyway :L
Thanks so much for the message. I saw your slideshow and I flipped out when I saw David Tennant [ LOVE- sad that he's technically marrying his "daughter" from dr. who] so we should talk Dr. Who sometime! :)
I also LOVE the who and have their albums in my basement.
