What Kind of Nerdfighter Are You?: still deciding

About Me:: there's nothing VERY interesting... dog loving (owned by two at the moment), knitting, crocheting, usually optimistic, easily excited and moved to move (or happy dance). In sort of a transition, trying to discover who I am besides the work I do. Current areas of exploration include, small town life (grew up in San Francisco, now living in a town of less than 10,000), pottery throwing, ukulele playing, cooking with mostly local foods, and internet mind expansion. Closer to 50 than 40.

My work (meaning how I support myself financially) relates to USCustoms compliance for a specialty retailer.

Favorite Books: Harry Potter is one of my Fav's. I live one block from the library. Are their any librarians that can tell me how the library decides WHICH books to add to their collection and how long they should remain? I mean, do they ever get purged? Libraries facinate me. I'll see if I can find a picture of my local library. Anybody read the Earthsea Trilogy or Dune?

What's your favoite thing to put on your head?: blue basket that i crocheted to hold clothes pins -- i better find a picture.

hm... that sounds good, i think i will blog about it.
haha, and yes, there is a story about the tie. Lone needed to tie a tie for work, but he didnt know how, so we put up a how to video, and i got inspired, so i went and stole one of my daddy's ties and sat there trying to tie it, and eventually i got it, but it turned out backwards. then, everyone was like, "picture of you with the tie on!" and i refused, but i put up a picture of the tie anyway. and i felt accomplished. ...exciting, i know. :P

Not summer yet, sadly. I've got an exam tomorrow, the day after, and the day after that one (specifially, that's June 17th, 18th, and 19th). But after that, I am a FREE WOMAN! (although I'll feel better once I get my report, and handled it emotionally, heh, but I'll have to wait another two weeks for that.)
What about you? Any plans?
