What Kind of Nerdfighter Are You?: A musical, Movie-Loving, History one.

About Me:: I love music. Period. I know how to play the harmonica a bit and am now picking up the guitar. I've got music in my blood so i guess that explains why I'm obsessed with it. I mostly like Easy Listening like Frank Sinatra. Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Bobby Darin, Louie Armstrong, Michael Buble, Mel Torme, Etc. However, i pretty much like any kind of music besides country that is.

I'm also a history dork and am possibly looking into a teaching job for it but I'm still undecided on what i want to do.

Favorite Books: I mostly read nonfiction books about history. However i like a good fiction book now and then. Preferably mystery or crime stories. Then again i like fantasy fictions as well so i pretty much like anything.

What's your favoite thing to put on your head?: My collection of hats... thats right all of them..at once.

If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?: Psh anyone im not picky.

Update

Well i found out today that my grandfather passed away this morning around 1:30. It's sad to see such a good guy go. He was cracking jokes practically till the end. You just have to admire that. Like i said in my earlier blog posts theres not a guy quite like him and I'll be happy to end up half the man he is.

I'm Back

I'm back from my rather stressful and sad trip from Florida. My grandfather is going to be taken to hospice which for those who don't know is a place where they make you as comfortable as possible until you die. I didn't get to know him when i was younger and thats really the tragedy in my opinion because he is a great guy and i hope i can live up to being half the man he is.

Florida

Hey all of you who happen to look at my page. Todays the 29th of January and I'm leaving tommorow to go to Vero Beach, FL. I'll be there until this sunday (Feb 3rd). My grandfather was recently diagnosed with bone cancer in his spine. In the beginning they said that he was going to have a few years, however, recently his kidneys just quit on him so they don't know how much longer he has. Please keep him in your prayers and thoughts.
