- I'm a full-on English nerd, and always have been. I came across Paper Towns when it was first released, and then proceeded to read all of John's other books. I then found out that he had a Youtube channel, began watching, and immediately became a huge fan. I am a writer, and John is definitely my favorite contemporary author.

Topple, o walls of Jeri-snow!
This afternoon added another few inches of snow to our accumulated sixty, here in Massachusetts. I wonder how long the mounds, the walls of Jeri-snow, will hold their dubious forms before they fall and flood the streets once again. I found myself staring at a pile taller than I was today, and wondered if the chances of me suffocating were likely, were I to dive into it. The Walls Of Jeri-Snow!
Currently working on my newest novel. Right now it's set in August, on a sweltering day next to Comet Pond. I've compiled a playlist of my favorite summer songs, but because of the giant, looming mounds of snow here in Massachusetts--affectionately named the walls of Jeri-snow--I'm having a hard time putting myself into the sweaty shoes of my characters. My hope is that writing out my predicament, will somehow improve my situation. I shall see how it works out.

How did you know I came up with the name?
Anyway, I guess if I had to narrow it down... I´m stuck somewhere between short stories where the characters are taken out of their comfort zone and as a result see every day things in a different way, or just totally abstract situations which I really can´t explain. It is seriously hard to pin my writings down :/
You could read some though, http://rantwithangst.blogspot.com/ Please bare into account that spanish is my native language and that I mostly butcher them when I translate.
