It recently dawned on me that it's better to enjoy life and to be happy, than to wallow in grief, misery, and pain. So, of course, I wrote a scathing letter to my mom's boyfriend. Just to get it out of my system. But I'm still sending it.

my life is feeling more and more like an episode from the twilight zone.....
You know the episode from the Twilight Zone in which the old man just reads all the time, and everyone else destroys his books or threatens to fire him? Well....that is sort of the situation I'm in- without the destruction of books (thank god!)
So I have the habit (problem is not a good word for this) of reading books straight through without stopping. I don't do my homework, I forget to eat...you get it. I have to be dragged out of my room and have my book locked away if people want… Continue

Why today's suck levels are unbearably high.
It all started a few weeks ago when I suddenly couldn't do any of my homework. I would just stare at it, try to do it, freeze up and get really nervous, and stare at it again. It's just rough because I'm the kind of person that ALWAYS has all her work done early. So I stayed home yesterday and the school counselors had all of my work pushed back until the progress reports come out. This morning I went straight to the counselors office and they told me to go home, because I wasn't "ready to come… Continue
