Answer to question: Yes, I definitely say "Hey I'm going to go pee now" to my friends. I only say restroom in a more polite setting.
As for the water thing...I have no idea haha. I guess toilets here have more water?

Well in essence the words college and university are interchangeable. FOr example, the are American colleges that have the word "University" in their name. Also, British universities have the word "College" in their name.
