Musically Challenged

I'm way out of the music scene.

I like showtunes, but I also really like rock. I just don't know what bands are good, and I'd like to get some new music. I don't care for screamo music, whiny emo music, or country. What music should I get? I'm kind of helpless.

New Year's Resolutions

I have decided that my 2008 New Year's Resolution will be very similar to John's Green Green Manifesto. It is high time my family starts living according to our values. Starting tomorrow, there are some new guidelines in effect. It would be great if some Nerdfighters had some suggestions for our Manifesto. So far this is what we have:

1. Take reusable bags with us to the grocery store.

2. Recycle everything that can be recycled.
