What Kind of Nerdfighter Are You?
The awesome kind, duh
About Me:
Second-year university student
Aspiring author
I invented a Nerdfighters Blizzard that is made of equal parts ice cream and awesome. Seriously. It's delicious.
I have a couple of dreams/life-goals that involve directors Kevin Smith, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez, and Wes Craven; and actors David Henrie, Michael Cera, and Hilary Duff.
I want to go on a world tour (still needs an official title) and take thousands upon thousands of pictures and then write a non-fiction book about it.
I use smileys entirely too often =)
I really suck at writing these 'About Me' things...
Favorite Books, Movies, Music, and more
I like dictionaries?
What's your favorite thing to put on your head?
Plastic tiaras bought at the dollar store. I collect them. Sort of.
If you could do your happy dance with anyone who would it be with?
All the random strangers at the bus stop; there will be music and it will be choreographed.

JOHN GREEN IS DEAD!!

Actually, he's not. But SOMEBODY changed his wikipedia page because of something he said during his talk at the La Grange, Illinois, Borders. Here is a snap shot because I'm sure it's going to disappear very soon:

The Making of an Evil Genius Part One

You must be on the edge of your seat, so eager to find out exactly what type of horrid situation would contribute to the making of an Evil Genius. I could have been picked on by school bullies, or my parents could have died in a fiery car crash, or I could have been hiking with some friends and could have fallen down an unmarked well into a pit of man-eating spiders. It could have been any type of traumatizing event. Fortunately for me, it was… Continue

Well, I have a very wide range of hobbies that goes beyond what I told you. Very awesome though, what are your favorite books/DvDs?

Good to hear you like what you're learning! Thats pretty much integral to not jumping off a bridge!

Sylvia Plath, like I said, is awesome. Just don't read the book at a particularly sad time in your life... its definitely not much of an "upper".

My hobbies are very much the same as yours! lol! My favorite movie is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, what is yours?

Punk Rock and Classic Rock are good, and I go through phases of liking that particular genre (I just had that phase about a month ago) but I'm currently into Bright Eyes (all time favorite band!), Kate Nash, and Regina Spektor. I don't think they're much of a cohesive genre. I'm going to admit, I'm a music addict, so I like all kinds. Whats your favorite band? Favorite song? My favorite song right now is Vagabond by Wolfmother, which I got off the 500 Days of Summer movie soundtrack.

Are you a quick reader? Will you pick a new 50 next year or continue this year's project? Its definitely an excellent project, I'm considering trying it out!

Ah yes, job hunting. I feel your pain. I have found a new co author for my writing project, gotten nine chapters done, stocked up on books, and got pretty far in my comic collab. I'm ready for school though, though I'm dreding some of the teachers. Oh yeah, you never told me your hobbys the last time we talked.

Ha ha, okay! I'm a Political-Science major so I'm mostly taking politics classes. Once I graduate I'm hoping to either work for a NGO or go into Human Rights Law. I'm also taking a semi-random class about the Renaissance and Reformation periods. What are YOU learning about?

Slaughterhouse 5 is a pretty popular book written by Kurt Vonnegut. Its a science fiction, satrical piece about war, time travel, and life in general. Anything written by Kurt Vonnegut comes highly reccomended by me, so I suggest you give it a try!

I saw your 50 books list... are they books you have read or are going to read? The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath and Uglies by Scott Westerfeld are favorites of mine (also Midnighters by Scott Westerfeld!).

Also, what sort of things do you do for fun? Do you like music?
