If it's superglue, maybe. Resin can be a tricky substance to glue. My main concern is that it won't be strong enough to bobble. Not all glue sticks well on resin. But generally superglue should work. Ideally would be to use epoxy.

Don't worry. They were only shipped on Wednesday. The first Bobbleheads arrived today, but depending on how far you're away, they'll probably arrive on Monday or Tuesday...
