Working. A Lot!
So yesterday morning I went into work at 8:30am, no big deal. I was actually covering a shift for another employee... Hold on, we need background info: I work in a pharmacy, actually a busy pharmacy as a tech. Now we run best with 3 techs and 2 pharmacists at a time. Recently we have only had 2 techs, and the hiring process for the third is just not working (taking WAY too long, 6 months now?).
