Hey. It's okay. I understand about being busy! I just finished my exams last week so I was super busy until then too. I do already have a pen pal, but i don't mind a second if that is okay with you. But I can't do actually letters right now because I don't move into my apartment until August, so we would have to do emails, for now at least.
